Upgraded view in Yeosu night sea
Yeosu-si presented spectacles to citizens and tourists by holding a lighting ceremony for Namsan-dong coastal view lightning in the afternoon on the 7th.
Yeosu-si carried out the night view improvement project in Namsan-dong beach, which was the area vulnerable to Yeosu night sea view by investing about 0.6 billion KRW and as a result, 665 LED view lighting equipment were installed in 8 areas including Passenger Terminal, Namsan 3 gyo, Yeosu Specially Marine Market, guardril in front of Korea Fisheries Resources Agency and Jasan Park Seungjeon-gil.
In particular, it is well evaluated that the dignity of Yeosu night sea has been improved due to the use of eco-friendly LED view lighting to minimize consumed energy and the application of less-saturated color temperature to form a luxurious and comfortable night view.
The night view lighting project in Namsan-dong beach that has been carried out this time creates a continuous linear light along with Geobukseon Bridge, Hamel Lighthouse, Jongpo Marine Park, Janggundo Island and Dolsan Grand Bridge. And the view of Yoesu night sea has been upgraded a lot due to light reflecting from the water and soft, ambient view lighting.
Yeosu night sea view lighting time is from sunset to midnight on weekdays. On weekends, the lights are turned on from sunset to the next day 1:00 AM.
