Vicente G. Loscertales, Secretary General of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE), arrived in Korea through Incheon International Airport in the afternoon of Feb. 7, 2012 to participate in the Third International Planning Meeting. Expo SNS Supporters welcomed Mr. Loscertales with handmade placards and had an interview with him, which they plan to post on their site.
