Journalists got a firsthand look at all the pavilions of the 2012 Yeosu Expo on Wednesday before the event officially kicks off this weekend.
Switzerland’s pavilion featured ice caps and glaciers and introduced unexplored regions in the Alps.
The Dutch pavilion is centered on ways to preserve the environment, including measures on combating global warming and rising sea levels.
The expo goes beyond simply showing crises the Earth is facing, and demonstrates visions to tackle those dangers with cutting-edge technology.
The global event opens from Saturday for three months.
