Enhanced Ticketing Service for 50-Day Pass Customer
New Ticket Offices Opened on June 30
The Organizing Committee for Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea provides enhanced ticketing service, as part of effort to boost 50-Day Pass sales and improve visitor convenience.
The Committee has set up extra on-site ticket offices, which went into operation from June 30, and has dispatched full-time ticket sales staff, since it had more-than-expected number of visitors who had to stand in a long line to purchase 50-Day Pass on June 28 when the pass first went on sale.
The Committee also increased the number of ticket kiosks(from 1 to 3) and staff at the Public Service Center of Yeosu City Hall, and is now considering installing more ticket offices at Yeosu City Hall Complex 2 and expanding ticket sale hours to include weekends.
The fastest and easiest way to buy 50-Day Pass is to visit Yeosu Expo official homepage (www.expo2012.kr ) or Interpark (www.interpark.com), where customers only need to enter orderer information and upload an ID photo to make an online purchase of 50-Day Pass.
To make on-site purchases (Main Gate, Gate 1 and Gate 4), visitors should present ID cards and photos of themselves. Those who buy the 50-Day passes as proxy for their families are required to show individual photos and identifying documents of their family members.
