The city held an investment environment presentation on Dec. 10 which was attended by five fish companies from Weihai, China including Jinlin Aquatic Product Co., Ltd. and companies operating in Ocheon General Industrial Complex. The city implemented investment attracting activities actively through a visit to companies in Ocheon General Industrial Complex where they were introduced to their products and manufacturing process.The investment presentation on the fishing industry in Yeosu was promised by Mayor Ju Cheolhyeon in his investment presentation in Weihai. The Chinese investment delegation had about 10 persons led by Deputy Director 류슈징(Liu Xiujing) of Weihai Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau.The Chinese fish companies said that Chinese people prefer fisheries such as mackerel and shrimp from clean waters and let the city and companies in Ocheon General Industrial Complex know their hope to buy them if possible.
