The 2nd Yeosu Night Sea Fireworks Festival raises its guard up with more splendid array of fireworks and is to be held on August 11th and 12th in the Yi Sun-sin Plaza and on the sea of Janggundo Island.

This year's fireworks festival theme called 'Night and Stars of Yeosu' will be interpreted in diverse fireworks displays.
The most remarkable scene this year will be various multi-media fireworks show. Fireworks, lightings and laser will make synergy for lively and impactive fireworks.

On the first night on the 11th, delicate musical fireworks show will be displayed that dance to diverse musical beats. On August 12th, fireworks will create firebird, big-O and grand finale.

Yeosu-si will be broadcasting each phase of fireworks live on Youtube and Facebook. Also, it made various efforts to minimize traffic congestion, which has been the major inconvenience in the previous year.

First, vehicles accessing the event site will be led to temporary parking lots, the public parking lots will be open to the public free of charge during the festival, and the intra-city bus schedules will be extended to 11:30 pm.

To ensure the safe operation of the festival, 210 safety guards and lifeguards will do their utmost efforts, and safety fences, safety access lines and warning posts will be placed.

Yeosu-si will work hard in preparation for visitors to remember the nights in Yeosu with hopes and memories.
