Yeosu City started to promote to install the characteristic self-regulative building number plate which goes well with the building out of the current standard building number plate.Such plate has advantage of raising the building value beyond marking the address simply as it can be differentiated with the buildings around by making it in free options for its shape, color and material harmonized with the building. Submission of the application form by attaching the installation plan to the Road Name Address Team of Civil Petition Land Registration Dep't in City Hall will complete the application. Install the self-regulative building number plate and submit the completion report with photo after receiving the notice of production permit. However, the procedures for installation application can be omitted when the size, shape, material and attaching point are reflected on the building design drawing at the permission and reporting the building. Yeosu City appealed, "it is convenient to reflect the self-regulative building number plate at the design step", and "hopefully many citizens will use the individualistic self-regulative building number plate containing the functionality and beauty. Now, such building number plates are installed at 117 spots such as Cheonsa Village, Goso-dong, Yeosu City.
