Course 2 : Odongdo ↔ Dolsan (Hwatae Bridge) 25km
The Odongdo to Hwatae Bridge course spans the length of Dolsan Island.
Geobukseon Bridge, together with Dolsan Bridge, are highlights of Yeosu’s starlit panorama. The course also features the Marine Cable Car, Musulmok Recreation Area, and Hwatae Bridge, allowing visitors to enjoy the stunning scenery of the sea and islands. This is considered the pinnacle of Yeosu’s cycling routes.
Geobukseon Bridge
Geobukseon Bridge, also known as the second Dolsan Bridge, connects Yeosu to Dolsan Island. From here, visitors can enjoy beautiful views of Hamel Lighthouse and Museum, Jasan Park, and Angel Mural Alley. The panoramic views and nightscapes from Geobukseon Bridge are truly stunning.
Marine Cable Car
The Yeosu Marine Cable Car is Korea’s first marine cable car. It offers sweeping views of the Dadohae archipelago and the Yeosu night sea from above.
Musulmok
Surrounded by dense coastal pine forests, Musulmok is famous for its breathtaking sunrises over the surrounding uninhabited islands. The Maritime and Fisheries Science Museum, located nearby, showcases the history and future of marine and fisheries industries. Musulmok is also historically significant as the site where Admiral Yi Sun-sin achieved a decisive victory against the Japanese navy during the Imjin War.
Eunjeoksa Temple
Designated as Cultural Property No. 39, Eunjeoksa is a small, tranquil, and modest temple, as its name suggests. Behind the hermitage are large rocks supported by stone walls, and in front flows a stream formed by Cheonwang Mountain.
Hwatae Bridge
Connecting Dolsan Island and Hwatae Island, Hwatae Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with 130-meter-high towers, making it the largest of its kind in Korea. From Hwatae Bridge, visitors can enjoy views of the scenic beauty of Dadohaehaesang National Park and its stunning surroundings.
